  We used to manage our own property but due to now working away we have in trusted Reid Real Estate to manage it for us. We have so far found them to be very professional in all aspects of managing our property. They have kept us fully briefed in regards to payments and issues associated with the tenants and our property. Thank you also for the free I pad it will go to good use.   After a terrible experience with a property manager company who managed our property based on what is easier/less time consuming for them, but at a high cost to the landlord, I drilled Karen into her processes, contractors she uses, communications, and all sorts of property managing scenarios. She came out with flying colours. I needed someone I can trust, someone who is not young and inexperienced in the industry, who is passionate about property management and has confidence with talking on the phone rather than relying on email 100% of the time. I'm glad I found Reid Real Estate. The iPad was also a bonus!

The transition to take over our property was faultless after having dealt with incompetent property managers in the past it was a relief to find Karen with her professional no nonsense approach.   Switched to Reid Real Estate several months ago to manage my two Brisbane properties with the one point of contact, something I could not achieve with the previous company who rotated property managers for both properties every 6 months or so. The transition across to Reid was seamless and Karen took the time to clearly explain the processes involved and promptly answer any queries along the way. The iPad was a welcome bonus - thank you.

  I absolutely love the offer of a free iPad. Karen and the rest of the staff at Reid Real Estate are amazing. They are extremely professional, supportive and have a world of knowledge behind them. They take the time to talk you through the process of renting which as a first time renter myself is very reassuring and it is clear that they know what they are talking about. :)
